- The minimum number of participants for this tour is 4. The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- Tours will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather. Departures will only be from the designated meeting point, and individual pickup/drop-off requests are not accepted.
- To prevent delays, the tour will depart strictly on time. Late arrivals will result in a no-show. No refunds or date changes will be provided for no-shows resulting from a customer's negligence or incorrect travel date selection.
- If you request a date change after a no-show, a no-show fee (change fee) equivalent to 50% of the payment amount will be applied.
- If you are unable to participate in the tour for personal reasons, date changes or cancellations are not permitted. Under Australian road traffic laws, eating and drinking in tourist vehicles is prohibited.
- Under Australian road traffic laws, child seats are only required for children aged 1 year and older (12 to 24 months). If this applies to you, please indicate your child's age and any other requirements (the recommended age for tour participation is 4 years and older).
- The Port Stephens area is a coastal area, so it can be windy and there isn't much shade. In winter, we recommend wearing a hat with a drawstring, a mask, or a scarf to keep you warm. In summer, we recommend wearing a hat with a drawstring and sunglasses.
- Your return to the city may be delayed due to unexpected events, such as waiting times or road conditions on the day of your trip. Please keep this in mind and avoid making flights, performance reservations, or restaurant reservations that are scheduled to arrive at the expected end time on your itinerary.
- The Blue Mountains are high in altitude and windy, so temperatures are colder than in the city. Please bring warm clothing and warm clothing.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
The tour departs on time to accommodate the schedule and other passengers. If you are late, you will be considered a no-show, and cancellations and refunds will not be granted.
The tour course order may change depending on local circumstances such as crowds or traffic conditions on the day of travel.

Due to the nature of group tours, one seat per person is provided by default. Depending on the schedule, luggage storage may not be guaranteed if the tour is full. Therefore, please inquire about luggage availability through the inquiry window one day prior to your trip and bring your own luggage only if it is available.
