- Children under 3 years old are free, but parking is not included. Child seats are not provided for group purchase activities.
- For safety reasons, people with spinal, heart, chronic back pain, epilepsy, panic disorder, as well as people with disabilities, pregnant women, and those who have consumed alcohol are not allowed to ride the mountain roller coaster and zipline facilities. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- Regarding the Kim Yoo-jeong Rail Bikes, each rail bike is designed for a maximum of 4 people. If there are fewer than 4 people traveling together, they will share a bike with other group members. If a single bike is required, the difference can be paid on-site according to the景区's regulations. The actual arrangement will depend on the景区's operating conditions on the day.
- Regarding the Sanyue Mountain Lake Cable Car, this product includes a ride in a standard cabin (normal cabin/opaque bottom). If you choose to upgrade to a transparent cabin, you can pay the difference on-site according to the景区's regulations. Whether an upgrade is possible and the cabin arrangement will depend on the景区's operating conditions on the day. During peak season (spring and autumn), due to the large number of visitors, the景区 may arrange for you to share a cable car with other visitors based on the queue order. - The Sanyue Mountain Lake Cable Car cabins are designed with natural ventilation. During the high temperatures of summer, it may feel slightly stuffy. We ask for your understanding.
