Purchase Notice
- Please activate the eSIM within 30 days of receiving it.
- The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. If you are prompted to contact your carrier or other prompts appear, please turn your phone off and back on or contact technical support.
- Day calculation method: The first day of use is calculated from when you arrive at the destination country and turn on the eSIM until 23:59 of that day. The eSIM will expire at 12:00 in the evening of the selected day (time calculation is based on Taiwan time)
- On the day of departure, please turn off the eSIM number after scanning and binding at the Taiwan airport. Turn on the eSIM number after landing, otherwise there will be a time difference. The time calculation is based on Taiwan time. Please set up your eSIM on the day you leave the country. If the eSIM QR code expires due to early scanning, it is a personal factor and cannot be reissued or refunded.
- Before installing the eSIM, please make sure you are connected to WiFi or mobile network, then scan the QR code to join the mobile plan.
- Please save this QR Code. Once scanned, it will become invalid and cannot be reissued. Please follow the instructions to install it. Do not exit the screen during the process to avoid the phone misjudging and causing the eSIM plan to be deleted.
- In order to maintain network quality, telecommunications companies adhere to the Fair Use Principles (FUP) of Internet communications. Large amounts of traffic in a short period of time are easily automatically controlled, which may result in inability to access the Internet or slow Internet speeds. If the speed is reduced due to the Internet Communication Fair Use Principle (FUP), please contact technical customer service
- The network may change depending on the number of users, climate, building shadows, and location. If the reception is unstable, please be sure to contact technical customer service.
- The quality of telecommunications networks in different countries varies. The base station construction is not as dense as that in Taiwan. The regionality and telecommunications construction of each country are different. We are sorry that we cannot request a refund due to the signal conditions in a few areas.

Softbank eSIM with unlimited data and no speed reduction: supports 5G network speeds, unlimited data per day without speed reduction, and can use ChatGPT. If the location or phone does not support 5G, it will automatically switch to 4G/3G signal. The actual network speed is based on the local signal.
For customers who have ordered the "Softbank Native SIM Unlimited Data with No Throttling eSIM", please note that this plan can be used without enabling roaming. If travelers using an Android device are unable to connect to the internet directly, they will need to manually set up the APN and manually select the network provider (please see below for APN settings information).

- Settings → Mobile Services
- Add eSIM
- Scan the QR code to join the action plan
- Set as secondary → Click ''Continue''
*It is recommended to change the action plan label to the local name (e.g. Japan)
5. Mobile Services → Mobile Data
6. Select Secondary (e.g. Japan)
→ Turn off the Allow mobile data switch
7. Open this number

【1】Settings → Network & Internet → Click [+] → Download new eSIM → Click Download → Scan QR Code or enter manually
【2】 Before arriving at your destination → Turn off your eSIM to avoid similar signals causing activation
【3】After arriving at your destination → click on eSIM → activate the eSIM card → turn on mobile data
【4】Access Point Name "APN" → The plan will basically automatically connect to the corresponding APN → If you need to manually add an APN → click the "+" in the upper right corner

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
