• Children aged 11 and under (elementary school age or younger) must be accompanied by a guardian (middle school age or older). The accompanying person must also purchase a ticket.
• While it is possible to participate in the attraction with 1 to 3 people, we recommend participating in groups of 4.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes when using this attraction.
• If you plan to participate in cosplay, please be sure to read the guidelines carefully.
• Strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted inside the attraction area. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, please manage it yourself in the designated area within the attraction.
• For safety reasons, please follow the staff's instructions and strictly adhere to the rules. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow staff instructions or rules.
• Please note that if you are intoxicated upon entry, you may be refused entry to the attractions.

- Ticket usage and age restrictions -

• Ticket prices vary depending on the time of year.
• Those who purchase a "Light Ticket" and those who purchase a "Gold Ticket, Premium Ticket, or Premium All-in-One Ticket" cannot experience the same activity in the same group (party).
• Under normal circumstances, the experience time for "Gold Tickets" and "Premium Tickets" is 3 hours or longer. During peak times, the experience time for "Gold Tickets" and "Premium Tickets" can be 4 to 5 hours, so please allow ample time when you visit.
