[Cebu] Introductory Diving Package (Scuba Diving, Parasailing, Jet Ski, Marine Tour)

• Participants must be at least 9 years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Parasailing is conducted in pairs, and jet skis are provided at one per two people. If you find it difficult to operate the jet ski, a local staff member will drive for you.
• Banana boats hold a maximum of 5 people and may be shared with other guests.
• Parasailing cannot be done in odd numbers (1, 3, 5, etc.); an additional ticket must be purchased to participate.
• - If you purchase an additional parasailing ticket, one person in your group will ride twice, or a solo traveler will ride with a local staff member.
• Luggage can be stored at the marine sports shop. However, we are not responsible for the loss of valuables, so please keep them safe.
• A simple water rinse is available after the tour, and changing rooms are provided so you can change before the tour.
  
• Your body temperature may drop after water activities, so it is recommended to bring a change of clothes or a long-sleeved shirt.
  
• Due to pressure differences, flying is prohibited within 24 hours after Seawalker and introductory diving (scuba diving) activities.
• Most elementary school students and older can participate, but since every child's physique is different, participation may be denied at the discretion of local staff if the child is too small or young. In such cases, we will help process a refund for the child.
• Please note that if the local staff determines the child can participate but the child refuses due to fear, a refund will not be provided for a change of mind.
• Please inquire at the time of booking if you have any respiratory conditions or a history of surgery.
  
• For safety reasons, please inquire at the time of booking if you need to wear hearing aids or earplugs.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid individual activities in areas without lifeguards.
• Those who have a hangover or have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour cannot participate.
• As these are water activities, those with systemic diseases or poor physical or mental conditions should exercise caution and consult with us in advance.
• You may not participate if it is determined that there are health risks based on your condition on the day of the tour.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women, those with respiratory conditions or a history of surgery, and those who must wear hearing aids or earplugs cannot participate in the tour. 
• Drinking alcohol during the tour is prohibited.
  
• You will be notified separately if any additional costs arise.
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters; you will be notified individually if the event cannot proceed.
• Partial refunds are not provided if the schedule is shortened or changed due to natural disasters or similar reasons.
• If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to use the service.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please ensure you purchase travel insurance individually.
• In case of injury due to personal negligence, claims will be processed through your travel insurance, so please keep the receipts for any medical treatment received locally.
• Our company is not responsible for accidents caused by your own health conditions (pre-existing conditions, etc.) or your own negligence.
• Our company is responsible for providing information for this independent travel product, and the actual event is operated by a local company.
