Q: Will the water bike overturn?
A: We will not overturn in the open sea and inland rivers, especially the calm waters of inland rivers are more stable, and you can easily get started without a sense of balance

Q: Do I need sunscreen?
A: Yes, it is better to choose the morning or the afternoon when choosing the itinerary. You can bring anti-UV sun hats and clothes. Water must be replenished!

In the event of bad weather such as typhoons and snowstorms, the group will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (22:00 local time), and will be notified by email at any time after that.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
