  • The tour is subject to cancellation and the take-off time may be affected by weather or force majeure. Please adhere to the arrangements made by the tour staff

Please note that providing incorrect personal data and booking incorrect packages will result in admission decline without refunds 
  • Due to the weight and balance of a helicopter, travelers are not allowed to choose their seats
  • Passengers are requested not to participate in any deep diving activities 24 hours before boarding the helicopter. The local agency reserves the right to decline service if your fail to do so.

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Acrophobia, Pregnant women, Epilepsy

  • Please arrive at the designated location 45 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Hats are not allowed. Failure to comply with the safety guidelines will result in admission decline without compensation and refunds

  • Travelers are recommended to bring a jacket and motion sickness medication (if necessary), and wear dark-colored clothes

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
