During the class, you'll learn traditional pasta-making techniques with both a rolling pin and a pasta machine. Step by step, your chef will show you how to create three different types of fresh pasta, each paired with a delicious sauce made with fresh, organic and seasonal products.

To complete the experience, you'll also prepare a typical Italian dessert, learning useful tips and techniques that you can easily recreate at home. After the lesson, sit down with your fellow participants and enjoy lunch or dinner featuring the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a fine Tuscan wine.
