One-day trip to Dongpingzhou｜Snorkeling experience. Dongpingzhou Global Geopark｜Departure from Maliushui

- Product Introduction -

Tung Ping Chau is located in the northeastern waters. Due to its remote location and low human activity, the area has minimal pollution, and the coastal waters are crystal clear, making it an excellent spot for snorkeling. Its marine park boasts a diverse marine ecosystem, featuring the highest concentration of stony corals in Hong Kong, as well as over 100 species of coral-associated fish and more than 200 species of marine invertebrates.

- Usage Instructions -

• Age requirement: 6 years old or above
• Minimum group size: 20 people or more
• Available departure dates: May 1 to October 31, 2026, every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday
• Meeting time and location: 8:30am at University Station Exit B
  
• Dismissal time and location: 7:00pm at University Station Exit B
• Tour fee includes: Round-trip ferry ticket from Ma Liu Shui to Tung Ping Chau, lunch on Ping Chau, snorkeling equipment rental (full-face mask, life jacket, gloves), and travel insurance
  
• The minimum group size for each departure date is 20 people. Confirmation will be provided at least 2 days before the departure date. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip will be cancelled, and you will be notified 2 days before the departure date. You may then choose to reschedule to another date.
• Guide fee: HKD $50/person (payable in cash to the guide on the day of the activity)

• 1630-1700 Rinsing and changing 
• 1715-1845 Take the ferry back to Ma Liu Shui Pier 
• 1845-1900 Walk to University Station for dismissal

• If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted 2 hours before departure, the trip will be rescheduled, and the supplier will issue a notification.
• Please arrive at the meeting point on time.
• Participants should ensure they are in good physical condition and capable of participating in this activity.
• Participants may consider purchasing their own personal insurance.
• Minors (under 16 years old) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Participants must pay attention to the guide's instructions and demonstrations on the day.
• It is recommended that participants have the ability to swim forward with the help of floating equipment.
