- The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants and has a maximum of 6 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled. In this case, you will be notified by email 2 days before the tour date.
- When making your reservation, please enter the name of the hotel where you would like to be picked up in the remarks section, along with the address if possible. After booking, the tour provider will contact you by email to arrange the pickup location and time. Please check your email after making your reservation.
- BIFF Street is a lunch stop, so there will be no photo session at this location.
- 5 retouched photos per person and digital original files of all photos will be provided
- Retouching is limited to color and skin and may take up to 10 days of work The original photo files will be provided on the next day of the trip.
- Please select the 5 photos you want retouched and respond to the photographer
- Although vehicles are used to move between attractions, a lot of walking is required within the attractions, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes
- Children ages 2 and below can participate for free if they do not occupy a seat. Please notify us during booking. If a seat is required, the tour fee charge will be applied If you have a stroller, luggage, suitcase, etc., be sure to notify us when you place an order. It is recommended to put it on the car to reduce the carrying process of walking during the experience
- For better-looking photos, we recommend wearing light-colored clothing.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
