1. Visitors must bring their own small passenger vehicles with 7 seats or fewer (excluding recreational vehicles) and drive/ride their own car into the Chimelong Safari area. Walking or cycling into the park is strictly prohibited. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's authorized capacity (including children who are free of charge or have purchased tickets; children should use safety seats in accordance with relevant regulations); both the vehicle and the driver must comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. There are no gas stations/charging piles in the Chimelong Safari area. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient fuel or power before entering the park.
3. The above products are for the use of the guest only. All tickets must be bound with the guest's ID information before use. The user must be the same as the person bound, and cannot be changed after binding (tickets must be bound according to the applicable number of people included in the package, i.e., Package for Two for 2 people, family package for 3 people, four-person package for 4 people, two-adult-two-child package for 4 people).
4. Visitors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above to enter the park (venue); any minor under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult to check in.
5. If there are any plans for area adjustments, the on-site announcement shall prevail, and no further notice will be given.
6. Chimelong Safari tickets are only valid for one entry on the day after check-in; each adult can bring one child who is under 3 years old or under 1.0 meters in height on the day of play into the park for free (must be in a self-driving vehicle and verified with tickets and vehicle passes before entry).
7. Chimelong Safari vehicle pass is only valid for one entry on the day after check-in (must bring your own vehicle and drive/ride into the park, and verify both the vehicle pass and admission ticket).
8. Registration Notice: All guests checking into the hotel must present a valid personal ID for registration. Hotel check-in time is after 15:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Visitors are requested to maintain a proper distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please queue, take seats according to the interval signs or accept the on-site arrangements and guidance of the staff.
If you need to order multiple rooms and the same plan, we recommend that you complete them in one order. If you order different plans separately, some of the rooms in the order may be sold out, and the orders that have been successfully ordered will not be refunded or changed. If you have a group booking number, you can indicate it in the order notes, but there is no guarantee that there will be room vacancies. It will be subject to room availability.
