1. Enjoy unlimited access to the Water Park during your stay. The last day for entry is October 6 (if the final operating date is adjusted, please refer to the official park announcement).
2. Please proceed to the hotel front desk or ticket center to register your tickets. Each ticket must be registered to one specific guest and cannot be changed once registered.
3. Each adult guest may bring one child under 3 years old or under 1.0 meter in height for free on the day of visit.
4. As the Water Park entry is complimentary, no refunds, price deductions, or rescheduling will be provided if the park is closed during your stay or due to temporary closures caused by special circumstances.

If you arrive at the hotel in the morning, you may process your check-in at the front desk and proceed to the ticket center to collect your tickets before heading to the parks.
Free shuttle bus services are available between the parks and the hotel. There is also a pedestrian walkway providing direct access to Chimelong Paradise and the Chimelong International Circus.
The hotel requires the name of the actual guest to match the name provided in the order. Once booked, no changes (including guest information) can be made.
To ensure the safety and sleep quality of all guests, pets are not allowed.
Free parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
All hotel package products above are applicable only to residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas. At least one guest per room must present one of the following three types of identification upon check-in for verification: 1. If your booking includes a standard ticket to the Guangzhou Grand Circus, children under 3 years old or shorter than 1.0 meter on the day of the performance cannot be admitted free of charge. Children's tickets included in the package cannot be upgraded to standard tickets or other ticket types by paying the difference. Guests can inform the front desk staff of their situation and present relevant documents upon check-in to purchase up to two additional multi-day tickets to the park at the hotel front desk, and the total number of multi-day tickets purchased cannot exceed four.
Visitors must undergo security checks before entering any of the Chimelong theme parks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and food into the park.

Pets are not allowed into the park
Some facilities in the park have height restrictions, please be aware of this; please also refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park.
Before entering the park, visitors must submit valid identity documents for verification at the entrance. Please prepare valid identity documents in advance (including ID card/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Residence Permit/Passport, etc.)
Visitors are requested to maintain a proper distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please queue up, take seats according to the interval signs or accept the on-site arrangements and guidance of the staff.
We will try our best to arrange the room type you need according to the room availability, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the specified room type. If the room type you need is sold out, we will directly arrange other room types to avoid additional costs caused by price fluctuations. If you do not accept any room type change at all, please indicate it clearly in the remarks. Please note that once the order is placed, there is no refund or exchange.
If you need to order multiple rooms and the same package, it is recommended that you complete them in the same order. If you order different packages separately, some of the rooms in the order may be sold out, and the orders that have been successfully ordered will not be refunded or changed. If you have a group order number, you can indicate it in the order notes, but there is no guarantee that there are still vacancies. It will be subject to room availability. Any special requirements, such as adjacent rooms, can be indicated in the order notes. We will try our best to arrange it, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation policy due to weather factors: If there is a severe weather warning on the day of departure (for passengers from Hong Kong and Macau: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or suspension of high-speed trains or flights issued by the local meteorological department; for passengers from China: warning issued by the local meteorological department, please refer to the policy of Chimelong on the day; for other passengers: suspension of high-speed trains or flights), you must show relevant proof for free cancellation. Please note that weather forecast maps are not accepted as the basis for cancellation.
