• Vehicle Information: 47-seater coach, capable of carrying 47 large pieces of luggage and 47 small pieces of luggage.
• Luggage Size Restrictions - Standard Luggage: Maximum dimensions 55cm x 45cm x 20cm (approx. 22in x 18in x 8in); Maximum weight 10kg (approx. 22lb). Hand Luggage: Maximum dimensions 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm (approx. 15in x 10in x 6in).
• The company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse the carriage of oversized, overweight, or excessively long luggage (where the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 120cm), or any other items deemed unsuitable for transport on the coach. Passengers shall have no objection. For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket, equivalent to one adult fare for travel to/from Hong Kong city area/Tung Chung Citygate.
• Infants and children must be included in the passenger count.

- Special Traffic Arrangements for Zhongshan Line via Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link -

To avoid delays to passenger itineraries, in the event of severe traffic congestion on the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, Eternal East Bus will flexibly divert via the Nansha Bridge.

All arrangements are subject to actual road traffic conditions. The bus company will determine the final route, and passengers may not claim compensation or refunds based on this.

• The above package is not applicable to pick-up/drop-off points at Hong Kong International Airport and Disneyland.
