• Luggage Size Restrictions - Standard Luggage: Maximum dimensions 55cm x 45cm x 20cm (approx. 22in x 18in x 8in); Maximum weight 10kg (approx. 22lb). Hand Luggage: Maximum dimensions 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm (approx. 15in x 10in x 6in).
• The company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse the carriage of oversized, overweight, or excessively long luggage (where the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 120cm), or any other items deemed unsuitable for transport. Passengers may not object to this decision. For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket, equivalent to one adult fare for travel to/from Hong Kong city/Tung Chung Citygate.
• Infants and children must be included in the passenger count.

- Special Traffic Arrangement for Zhongshan Line via Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link -

To avoid delays, in the event of severe traffic congestion on the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, Eternal East Bus may flexibly divert via the Nansha Bridge.

All arrangements are subject to road traffic conditions. The bus company will determine the final route, and passengers may not claim compensation or refunds based on this.
