The electronic tickets provided do not need to be experienced according to the check-in date. They can be redeemed before the expiry date of 2024-12-31. They are valid after the expiration date.
After entering the park with the ticket, any form of exchange or refund will not be accepted
Regulations for pets traveling on boats: only small pets must be held by their owners and tied on a leash or use a pet carrier, and must match the captain's seating arrangement (except for certified guide dogs).
For your safety, persons with physical or mental disabilities or the elderly, weak, women and children are asked to be supported onboard by an accompanying person.
You must wear a life jacket during the activity and are not allowed to take it off. Violators will be responsible for their own responsibilities.
