• 10:00 Luohu Station / 10:15 Caopu Station > Wyndham Nankunshan Hot Spring Resort
• Luohu Station Exit A2 - After taking the escalator out of the station (on the left) - Luohu Station Ticket Office - Line 4 Tourist Bus Ticket Counter (present your ID card to collect round-trip tickets) - Pass through the security checkpoint next to it - Proceed to the waiting room - Gate 18 - Boarding point 17 for Longmen (Look for signs: New Era, Chunwei Guangdong, Kezong Tianxia, Shenzhen-Longmen Tourist Bus)
• Caopu Station Exit B - After exiting the station (about 140 meters to the left after going down the stairs) Caopu Station - Enter the station to wait (Look for signs to board directly: New Era, Chunwei Guangdong, Kezong Tianxia, Shenzhen-Longmen Tourist Bus)

Return:

• 13:10 Gather at the entrance of Wyndham Nankunshan Hot Spring Resort for the return trip > Caopu Station > Luohu Station

**If there are fewer than 10 passengers for this route, the vehicle will first arrive at Longmen Bus Station after departing from Shenzhen, and then transfer to a connecting bus to the hotel (For the return trip, a connecting bus will pick up passengers at the entrance of Genting Whiskey Hotel before heading to Longmen Bus Station to take the bus back to Shenzhen)

- Hot Spring Guidelines -

1. Before entering the hot spring, please remove all metal jewelry as it may react with the minerals in the water and cause discoloration.
2. Those with skin wounds or feeling unwell should not enter the hot spring to avoid contaminating the water or worsening their condition.
3. It is recommended that women avoid hot springs during their menstrual period, as well as during the early and late stages of pregnancy.
4. Please do not enter the hot spring on an empty stomach, when overly full, or after consuming alcohol to avoid dizziness, vomiting, indigestion, or fatigue.
5. When entering the water, choose a hot spring pool that suits your tolerance (low, medium, or high temperature). Generally, it is best to start from low to high temperatures, for 15-
6. 20 minutes per session. Prolonged soaking is not recommended as it may cause chest tightness, thirst, or dizziness.
7. Drink plenty of water while soaking to replenish lost fluids.
8. Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, or those feeling unwell should not use the hot spring unless approved by a doctor.
9. Soaking until you break into a light sweat is ideal, but avoid excessive sweating. If you turn bright red, please monitor for symptoms like rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath; if these occur, stop soaking immediately.
