ドライバーもガイドも素敵なホスピタリティで対応してくれました。思い出になりました。

Our driver for this trip was Loor, and he was seriously awesome—so friendly, polite, and totally professional. Right when we got in the car, he gave us a quick rundown of the Borobudur and Prambanan spots, and he was super easy to talk to. Once we arrived, he made sure to hand us off to the tour guides properly and set clear meet-up times and places. The guide at Prambanan was a private one, while Borobudur was a group tour, but both were incredibly professional and gave us a deep dive into the history and meaning of the sites. However, what I’m most grateful for is Loor. I accidentally left my sunglasses in his car, and the next day, after finishing his hours, he went out of his way to drop them off at my hotel. I’m honestly so thankful for him!

我們是臺灣人，這趟去泗水的三天兩夜火山之旅真的好好玩！我們兩個女生一起包車，很幸運遇到了導遊 Ijul (嘉信) 和司機 Izzat，他們非常專業。 Ijul 的中文非常好、很貼心，全程陪我們上山下海、還幫忙揹包包。在瀑布和伊真火山有些路段比較難走，他和當地導遊都會牽著我們走，讓我們非常有安全感。 司機 Izzat 開車非常穩又準時，車內乾淨寬敞，長途拉車我們在後座睡成一團都很放心。 他們隨時備好礦泉水，還幫我們拍了很多照片、帶我們去吃飯、換錢，細節做得很到位。謝謝他們帶給我們這麼美好的回憶！

当初7:00出発の予定がガイドから7:30への変更の依頼があり、ホテルのロビーで待っていると7:30ぴったりに迎えが来ました。 たまたま私一人でしたがガイドは翻訳ソフトを使って色々と説明してくれました。 寺院でのガイドツアー（グループに分けられて集団で建造物への登頂）も始まる直前までガイドは付き添ってくれるので迷うことはありません。 ガイドツアーは１時間程度です。その後周囲を歩きましたが暑くて日差しを遮るものがないので トータルで２時間も見れば十分かと思います。 ガイドは事前に寺院の出口から駐車場までのルートも詳しく説明してくれたので迷わず合流出来ました。 往復の移動時間が３時間以上（渋滞状況による）で所要時間も丁度よくおすすめのツアーです。

Our Bromo trip from Surabaya was fantastic! Layla was a great guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The driver was excellent, making the journey smooth and safe. The sunrise views and crater hike were unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour with Layla!

인도네시아의 역사, 종교생활들을 알게되었습니다.

可以近距離跟動物接觸，喜歡動物的一定要來！但司機的部分就⋯蠻看運氣的^_^ 在路上遇到同事（朋友）會跟對方尬車，還會播EDM炸乘客😂園區很大所以園區內是可以搭車點到點移動的，但跟司機有點溝通障礙（旅行社說司機會基本的英文但事實上根本都聽不懂，只能一直用翻譯軟體），有時候會找不到人或他會請我們自己用走的哈哈哈
