Información del producto

Discover one of the most amazing natural landscapes in the Tacna region on an adventure that combines geothermal energy, high-altitude lagoons, Andean forests, and ancestral traditions. This tour will take you to the spectacular Geysers Valley, located within the Vilacota Maure Regional Conservation Area, one of the most important natural areas in southern Peru.

During the trip, you will pass through beautiful Andean landscapes where you can see small traditional villages, extensive agricultural areas, and herds of South American camelids that inhabit the heights of the mountain range. The route offers panoramic views that showcase the natural and cultural richness of this little-explored region.

The experience continues in the queñual forest, one of the most representative ecosystems of the Andes. These native trees grow at high altitudes and are part of a protected environment that seeks to conserve the biodiversity, traditions, and identity of the local communities.

Upon arriving in the Valley of the Geysers, you'll begin to see the impressive fumaroles that emerge from the earth's interior, creating a unique landscape where geothermal activity is constantly on display. Along the way, you'll also see the traditional apachetas, ancestral symbols of thanksgiving to the Pachamama that are part of the Andean worldview.

The tour includes a visit to an old stone bridge still used today by the local inhabitants and various rock formations shaped by nature. Among them is a curious rock shaped like an elephant's head, ideal for photographs.

Later, you'll discover the Laramaquta Lagoon, known as the Blue Lagoon, whose waters stand out among the region's volcanic landscapes. You will also visit the famous La Olla Geyser, named for its constant activity and its unique natural shape.

One of the most impressive points of the tour is the visit to the Nayra Putina Lagoon, known as the Angel's Eye. This natural spot offers a setting of great beauty surrounded by mountains and Andean nature, making it one of the most photographed places on the route.

To complete the experience, you can relax in ecological hot spring pools, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural surroundings. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to taste typical local cuisine and learn about artisanal products made by local communities.

This excursion is perfect for those looking for unique landscapes, little-explored nature, and an authentic connection with the Andean culture of southern Peru.
