Información del producto

Discover the Domaine du Clos d'Alari on an immersive tour to understand how the 3 colors of wine (white, rosé, red) are created and what makes artisanal production in organic farming unique. For at least 2 hours, you will explore both the work of the vineyard and that of the winery, in order to distinguish what depends on the terroir (climate, soil, grape varieties) and what the winemaker can do to shape the desired style.

The tour is divided into three parts. It begins with a presentation of the estate, its wines, and its position within the Côtes de Provence appellation, with a clear introduction to the main stages of wine production. You will then take a walk among the 24 plots and 8 grape varieties, with explanations of the influence of the seasons, the work done on the vines and the land, as well as the organic approach, designed to produce wines that are as close to nature as possible.

You continue with a visit to the cellar, where the stages of winemaking are explained in detail according to the color of the wine and the desired characteristics. The estate emphasizes an approach aimed at limiting external inputs and allowing the wine to best express its origin.

The tour ends with a tasting of 5 wines, accompanied by small bites of local products, in a friendly Provençal setting (often in the shade of the mulberry tree). You leave with concrete insights: a better understanding of the winemaker's craft (viticulture + vinification), the ability to read a label, a grasp of tasting vocabulary, and a more objective recognition of the quality markers of a wine.
