The lesson is made of a short explanation of the traditional dish: tortellini. Tortellini are stuffed with meat and served with butter and sage. You'll learn all the ingredients, how to stretch the pasta with a special machine, how is the meat filling, and how to create the perfect Love Knot. After the lesson, you can sit down and enjoy your tortellini + water + glass of wine + homemade Sbrisolona tart as a dessert.
