Discover the magic of Tuscan winemaking with our Wine Safari, a sensory journey through the panoramic vineyards of Poggio ai Laghi. Aboard a vintage Jeep, you’ll follow scenic paths where nature and tradition reveal the spirit of our craft. The tour leads to a quiet lakeside corner for a peaceful break and photos, followed by a guided visit to the cellar. The experience ends with a Tuscan lunch paired with selected wines, olive oils, and balsamic vinegars.

Appetizer:

Traditional Tuscan cold cuts, finocchiona, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato, and toasted bread with our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

First course:

Lasagna with Tuscan meat ragù.

Second course: Roasted pork loin with roasted potatoes.

Dessert:

Cantuccini with Vin Santo dessert wine
