At stand 12, you will meet Corrado, who has been running the business for over 30 years and now sells only raw cow's milk cheeses. At stand 7, you can taste the wines of Sandra, Giacomo, and Domenico, natives of Testaccio and lovers of ancient grape varieties and long-standing traditions.

You will be intoxicated by the aroma of handmade pasta in Artemio's old bakery, before strolling through the Testaccio district among murals and historic alleys. Less than a kilometer away, we will reach the Emporium, the ancient river port of Testaccio, where you can watch a live cooking show and taste the capital's specialties.
