Información del producto

Meet your host at Il Collegio, a 100-year-old restaurant in Rome, where the grandparents of the current owners once sold wine from their first winery. Be greeted with a glass of wine and bruschetta drizzled with Nonna’s extra virgin olive oil, harvested from her trees in Palombara Sabina, close to Rome.

Learn to make ravioli and fettuccine from scratch using a large rolling pin and ancient techniques. As you cook, listen to stories, songs, and dances, just like in a real Italian grandmother’s home.

After the lesson, sit down to enjoy the ravioli with butter and sage and the fettuccine you’ve prepared, accompanied by another glass of wine from the famous winery Casale del Giglio, located in the Agro Pontino Valley south of Rome.
