Purchase Notice
- Please ensure you activate the eSIM within 30 days of receipt.
- The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. If you receive a prompt to contact your carrier or other error messages, please restart your phone or contact technical support.
- Day calculation: The first day starts upon activating the eSIM in the destination country and ends at 23:59 on that same day. The card will expire at 12:00 AM on the final day of your selected duration (based on Taiwan time).
- Please turn off the eSIM number after scanning and binding at the Taiwan airport on the day of departure. Turn it back on only after landing to avoid time zone discrepancies. Time calculations are based on Taiwan time. Please set up the eSIM on the day of departure; if the QR code expires due to early scanning, it is considered a personal error and cannot be reissued or refunded.
- Before installing the eSIM, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, then scan the QR code to add the mobile plan.
- Please keep this QR code safe. It will become invalid once scanned and cannot be reissued. Please follow the installation instructions and do not exit the screen during the process to prevent the phone from misidentifying the eSIM, which could lead to the plan being deleted.
- To maintain network quality, telecommunications companies adhere to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). High data usage in a short period may trigger automatic restrictions, potentially resulting in loss of internet access or slower speeds. If you are throttled due to FUP, please contact technical support.
- Network performance varies based on user traffic, weather, building obstruction, and location. If you experience unstable signal, please contact technical support.
- Network quality varies by country and base station density is not as high as in Taiwan. Differences in local geography and infrastructure exist, and we cannot offer refunds based on signal conditions in specific areas.

Supports 5G speeds with unlimited high-speed data every day without throttling. ChatGPT is supported. If your location or phone does not support 5G, it will automatically switch to 4G/3G signals. Actual network speeds depend on local signal conditions.
Please note that this plan does not require roaming to be enabled. For Android users who cannot connect automatically, you may need to manually set the APN and select the network carrier (please see APN settings below).

How to Use
【eSIM iOS Activation Steps】
- Settings → Cellular
- Add eSIM
- Scan ''QRcode'' to add mobile plan
- Set as Secondary → Press ''Continue''
*It is recommended to rename the mobile plan label to a local name (e.g., Japan)
5. Cellular → Cellular Data
6. Select Secondary (e.g., Japan)
→ Turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching
7. Turn on this line

【eSIM Android/Google Activation Steps】
【1】Settings → Network & internet → Tap 【+】 → Download a new eSIM → Tap Download → Scan QR Code or enter manually
【2】Before arriving at your destination → Turn off eSIM to avoid accidental activation due to similar signals
【3】After arriving at your destination → Select eSIM → Activate eSIM → Turn on mobile data
【4】Access Point Name (APN) → The plan will generally connect to the corresponding APN automatically → If manual APN entry is required → Tap the top right 【+】

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
