Yellowknife: Local Art & Souvenir Tour｜Canada

Discover contemporary Yellowknife life through a curated selection of local galleries, shops, makers, northern products and mining-related attractions. This guided approximately 2.5-hour experience is designed for visitors who want help finding authentic Yellowknife and northern souvenirs while learning where local people create, shop and gather. Depending on opening hours, timing and operating conditions, stops may include the Hidden Gem mining museum, Wildlife Gallery, Tastes of the North, Old Town Glassworks, The Quilted Raven, The Gallery on 47th Street, Down to Earth Gallery, Gallery of the Midnight Sun, Aurora Emporium Art Gallery and Mahsi Cho. Not every location operates on every departure, so your guide selects a varied route from the approved stop list. Admission fees for designated included attractions are covered by NWT Charter Services. Guests pay for all personal purchases, including souvenirs, artwork, food, drinks, tastings, workshops and optional experiences. Time at each stop is limited so the tour can introduce several Yellowknife businesses and attractions. This is not an Indigenous cultural interpretation tour and does not include instruction or interpretation of Indigenous traditions, teachings, ceremonies, traditional knowledge or culture. Unlike the Yellowknife City Sightseeing Tour, which focuses on landmarks, history, neighbourhoods and scenic viewpoints, this experience centres on local businesses, indoor attractions, northern products, makers and shopping.
