Product Info

Discover the historic heart of Warsaw on a French speaking guided walking tour through the UNESCO-listed Old Town. Starting at Castle Square, by Sigismund’s Column, you’ll follow the city’s most iconic streets while learning how Warsaw was rebuilt after World War II and how the events of the 20th century shaped Poland’s capital.

Your walk leads you through Old Town’s highlights, including Market Square and the Warsaw Mermaid, St. John’s Cathedral and the atmospheric lanes framed by the city walls and the Barbican. You’ll also pause at a scenic viewpoint over the Vistula River, perfect for taking in the city’s skyline and riverside landscape.

Walking past landmarks such as the Royal Castle we transition from the Old Town into the New Town and the area linked to the early life of Maria Skłodowska Curie. The tour also touches on Warsaw’s Jewish history, before concluding with context on 1944 at the Warsaw Uprising Monument, where the key moments of the uprising are explained clearly and respectfully.

To round out your experience, your guide shares practical local tips—where to stop for coffee, which restaurants to try, and where to sample classic Polish specialties. The tour ends at Krasińskich Square.

⚠️ If you book a tour two months or more in advance, it is possible that, as the date approaches, I may have unexpected commitments that could require me to cancel the tour. In such a case, I will inform you as soon as possible and, whenever possible, offer alternative dates close to the original date so that you can reschedule the tour.

For all tours scheduled from October onwards, I will confirm the bookings definitively as soon as I receive my university timetable for the upcoming academic year.
