Begin your experience at Ronivaara Farm, where the atmosphere is calm, personal, and rooted in everyday horse life. Before heading out, receive a safety briefing, assisted mounting, and initial guidance in the arena.

Once on the trail, the landscape opens into forest paths, varied terrain, and the hill scenery of the Ruka–Kuusamo region. The heart of the experience is not speed, but the quality of the ride: the steady movement of a sure-footed Finnhorse, good connection between horse and rider, and the feeling of moving through nature in a way that feels both smooth and grounded.

The ride is guided with care and built around the wellbeing of both horses and guests. It is a compact but meaningful choice for adults and young riders over 12 with previous riding experience who want a technically credible Finnhorse experience in an authentic local setting and for riders who can control a horse well in trot.
