Información del producto

Climb to the summit of the Quilquilil volcano:

We invite you to a 2-day ascent of the imposing Quinquilil Volcano, an extinct stratovolcano famous for its steep summit and formations.

It's an experience that drives your development as a mountaineer, designed to elevate your technique and your connection to the mountain.

SUMMARY ITINERARY
DAY 1) The Heart of the Forest and volcanic deposits. We'll start from Puesco (1,009 meters above sea level), cross the river, and enter an ancient native forest on the way up. We'll leave the vegetation to cross the volcanic deposit to our camp at 1,800 meters above sea level, right at the foot of the climbing route. We'll enjoy an epic sunset and dinner under the stars.

DAY 2) Summit ascent, rappelling, descent to the valley: 7:00 AM, we'll get the technical gear ready. We've got 4 long climbs ahead of us, with a difficulty of 5.8, full of pure adrenaline and enjoyment.

A basic level of climbing is enough for this experience. It includes a workshop to review basic maneuvers, which are essential for safety during the activity.

The Reward: Summit between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. 360° views of the Lanín, Rukapillán, and Quetrupillán volcanoes and the imposing Sierra Millallifen or Sierra Las Peinetas, accompanied by the flight of the condors!

Rappel down, rest at the camp, and head down to the valley to wrap up with a celebratory dinner in Puesco at the foot of the Peinetas or Sierra Millallifen.

TECHNICAL SPECS
