ETH Zurich Tour: Chemistry from the Machine (DE)｜Switzerland

Chemistry is when things smoke and stink, people say – but it is so much more than that. To find out what materials are like, how reactions take place, how medicines work, or how cells behave, chemists, pharmacists, and bioengineers use fascinating pieces of equipment. These devices are what make the hidden visible. On a guided tour of ETH Zurich's HCI building, researchers from the Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences open their laboratories and talk about their research using state-of-the-art machines.
