Terraced above Lake Geneva, the vineyards of Lavaux are one of the most striking landscapes in Switzerland. Stretching over 30 km between Lausanne and Montreux, these sun-drenched vineyards have been cultivated since the 11th century and were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007.

Aboard your private van with a driver-guide, you leave Montreux for a 5-hour loop (+1 hour if you choose the restaurant option) through the most beautiful sights of Lavaux and the Swiss Riviera.

The first stop is at Vevey, by the lake, with the famous Giant Fork and the Alps in the background, a bright entry before diving into the heart of the vineyards.

The road then climbs towards Chexbres and its iconic viewpoint, with a bird's-eye view of the entire Lavaux vineyard, Lake Leman, and the Alps.

You then pass through the wine-producing villages of Épesses, Riex, and Grandvaux, where the steep slopes of the Grand Cru terraces and the centuries-old low walls open onto 180° panoramas that are unique in Switzerland.

The descent takes you to Lavaux Vinorama in Rivaz, the leading space dedicated to Lavaux wines, perched above Leman Lake. There, you will discover a selection of Chasselas AOC and Lavaux reds to enjoy while facing the lake and the French Alps. Drinks are to be paid for directly on site.

As an option, lunch at a local restaurant allows you to extend the experience with local cuisine, facing the lake. The meal is at your expense, and your driver will recommend the best places according to your preferences.

The tour ends in Saint-Saphorin, a medieval lakeside village with its cobbled streets, 16th-century winegrower houses, and Romanesque church, before the drop-off in Montreux.
