Depending on the options chosen, you will meet your UNESCO World Heritage certified live guide either at your hotel (Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux) or at a train station that is easily accessible by public transportation.

The standard Lavaux discovery walk lasts 2 hours and allows you to discover an essential part of the Lavaux site, its history, its inhabitants and its contemporary life.

The walk follows pedestrian paths in the Lavaux vineyard (about 3 km long with sloping descents). These paths require good shoes and are not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

There are options to extend the standard tour, including:
- a detailed visit to one of the villages in Lavaux (Lutry, Cully)
- Tasting Lavaux wine at a winemaker's (3 wines).

Once the activities are over, your live guide will drop you off at the prearranged location (train station with direct connection to Lausanne, Montreux, Geneva) or hotel.
