Discover an authentic wine experience in a small family-owned winery located in the charming wine village of Nový Šaldorf near Znojmo. Set in the heart of the Znojmo wine sub-region, this area is known for its signature grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Grüner Veltliner.

A true local specialty you won’t find anywhere else is Šaldorfský KRAVÁK – a distinctive wine that reflects the terroir of Kraví hora near Znojmo and beautifully expresses the character of Sauvignon Blanc. (Included in the tasting.)

Víno Náprava is a family winery with roots in winemaking dating back to 1995 and official production since 2003. Although we do not own vineyards, we carefully select grapes from trusted local growers and actively participate in decisions about their quality. All wines are produced directly on site in small, carefully crafted batches, ensuring each wine is unique and expressive.

Your experience begins in the cozy tasting cellar, where you will be welcomed and introduced to the winery while enjoying your first wine sample. From there, you will step behind the scenes into the production cellar, home to stainless steel tanks used for white wine production. Here, you will taste two additional wines and enjoy a delicious pairing of cheese with homemade grape jam.

The journey continues into the atmospheric barrel cellar, where red wines quietly mature in oak barrique barrels. Here, you will taste the final wine of the selection and gain insight into traditional ageing methods.

Throughout the experience, you will be guided by the owners’ daughter, who is deeply involved in all stages of production and will share personal insights and stories from the winery’s everyday life.

You will taste four carefully selected wines representing the winery’s portfolio: a sparkling wine, a white wine from stainless steel tanks, a white wine aged in oak barrels, and a red wine aged in barrique barrels.

To add a fun and interactive touch, the experience concludes with a blind wine aroma identification challenge, allowing you to test and explore your sensory skills in an engaging way.

After the tasting, you are invited to relax in the winery garden or indoor seating area and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere — or purchase additional wines to take a piece of the experience home with you.
