Welcome to Salon Velcarat: a break in Paris to discover champagne in a different way, with a simple, sensory approach and a real moment of sharing.

The experience takes place in two stages:

1) Understanding champagne (tasting a flute)
We start with a glass of Velcarat champagne: how to look at the bubbles, recognize families of aromas, understand the balance (freshness, texture, length), and the serving techniques that change everything.

2) Putting it into practice (champagne mixology workshop)
Then it's time for creation: Louis guides you step by step to make a signature champagne cocktail. You learn the techniques, the right order, the proportions, the balance (acidity/sugar/freshness), and how to adjust your drink to your taste.
You leave with a clear recipe and easy-to-use guidelines for your aperitifs, brunches, and celebrations.

The workshop takes place at the Castor Club, a cocktail bar in Paris (Saint-Germain-des-Prés).
