Información del producto

Your day begins with a personalized meet and greet as soon as you leave your ship or at your hotel. Climb into a private vehicle and enjoy a scenic drive through the Normandy countryside toward the Calvados coast. Along the way, your live guide will put the events of June 6, 1944 into their historical context.

Your first stop takes you to Juno Beach. As you walk along the coast, you will see the remains of the Atlantic Wall, bunkers, and memorial monuments. You'll understand the unique tactical challenges faced by the Canadian regiments when confronting the German fortifications.

Continue your tour at the Juno Beach Center, a remarkable interactive museum and memorial space. Through films, testimonies, and period artifacts, the museum highlights Canada's exceptional contribution, both on the European front and nationally.

After a lunch break (at your leisure), the day continues with a visit to the memorial sites. You will visit the Canadian Military Cemetery in Bény-sur-Mer, where more than 2,000 soldiers who fell during the first days of the Battle of Normandy are buried. Finally, a visit to the cemetery of Bretteville-sur-Laize will allow you to honor the memory of the soldiers who took part in the fierce fighting of the breakthrough towards Caen and Falaise.

At the end of the day, you will return to your vehicle for a stress-free drop-off to Le Havre or Honfleur, guaranteed in time for your cruise tour departure.
