Begin your day with a scenic drive from Nice to Grasse, taking in the stunning views of the hills. Upon arrival, visit a historic perfume house, such as Galimard, Molinard, or Fragonard, and learn about the traditional methods of extracting essences, including enfleurage and distillation.

Next, participate in an olfactory creation workshop, the heart of the experience. In small groups, a “nose” guides you in creating your own perfume. Choose between top, middle, and base notes, experimenting with raw essences. Enjoy an introduction to olfactory grammar that educates your nose and echoes wine tasting (structure, head, body, length on the palate).

Afterward, enjoy a light and fragrant lunch in the historic center of Grasse. Choose a restaurant serving local products.

In the afternoon, drive to the hills above Nice, on the left bank of the Var, where the vineyards of Bellet (one of France's smallest AOCs) occupy sunny terraces. Visit a prestigious family estate at Château de Crémat and discover a unique vineyard where rare grape varieties such as Folle Noire (red), Braquet (red and rosé), and Vermentino (white, locally known as Rolle) thrive.

Enjoy a guided tasting of 3 to 4 wines (often a mineral and aromatic white, an elegant rosé, and a powerful and spicy red).
