Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Cape Town. Head to Table Mountain, one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Ride the rotating cable car to the summit and enjoy panoramic views of Cape Town, the Atlantic Ocean, and Robben Island. Walk along safe viewing paths and take photos.

Next, travel north along the coast to the Atlantis Dunes, a protected area known for its white sand and open landscapes. After a safety briefing and helmet fitting, ride quad bikes through the dunes. Enjoy a guided dune route and supervised riding.

Then, try sandboarding on the large dunes. Choose from standing sandboards (like snowboarding) or sitting boards for beginners. Protective gear is provided.

Afterward, take a relaxed lunch break at a nearby restaurant or café (own expense).

Finally, visit Groot Constantia, South Africa’s oldest wine farm, established in 1685. Walk through historic buildings, learn about the estate’s history and winemaking, and visit the museum and cellar. Adults may participate in wine tastings, while minors can enjoy grape juice, soft drinks, or chocolate pairings.

End your day with a scenic drive back to Cape Town and a drop-off at your hotel.
