Questions when booking:
- Question 1: Please provide the ages of all participants.
- Question 2: While this tour aims to encounter sea turtles, please note that we may not be able to see them due to natural conditions. Additionally, we may need to discuss changing the time after your booking depending on sea conditions and tide levels. Please acknowledge this before booking.
- Question 3: As this tour is listed on multiple booking sites, there may be cases where your requested time becomes fully booked due to overlapping reservations from other sites. Also, even if the site shows availability, there may be a time lag in updating the status, and we may not be able to accommodate your requested time. In such cases, we may need to discuss changing the time or date. Your booking is confirmed only upon receiving a reply from our shop.
Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour will proceed even in the rain. However, if we determine that safety cannot be ensured due to worsening sea conditions such as typhoons, lightning, strong winds, or high waves, the tour may be canceled. Cancellation fees will not apply only if the tour is canceled at our shop's discretion. If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions such as rain, it will be treated as a cancellation at the customer's convenience, and the specified cancellation fee will apply. *Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation or accommodation expenses even if the tour is canceled.
Notes for participating in the course:
- ・As this tour is easily affected by tides and wind, we may need to discuss changing the time after your booking is confirmed. ・We will conduct the tour at the best spot for the day based on wind direction and tide levels. The meeting point varies by day, so we will contact you via message by the day before. ・Parking fees may apply depending on the meeting point. ・Those who are intoxicated, pregnant, in poor physical condition, or have specific medical conditions cannot participate. ・If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the tour. Please note that a cancellation fee will still apply in this case. ・This is a beach entry tour (we do not board a boat).

- ・If you do not hear from the shop by the evening of the day before, please contact Miyakojima Marine GB QUEST via email or phone. ・For same-day bookings, please be sure to check the message from the staff and arrive at the meeting point. If you have not received any contact, please be sure to call us to confirm. ・We may not be able to check bookings immediately during the tour. Please do not head to the meeting point until you have been in contact with us.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
