Day 1: Samarkand – Panjakent – Seven Lakes

Begin your adventure with a morning departure from Samarkand, heading to the Tajikistan border. After crossing on foot, meet your guide on the Tajik side and transfer to Panjakent city. Explore the vibrant Panjakent Bazaar, where you can experience local life and shop for unique souvenirs.

Visit the Rudaki Museum and the ancient city of Panjakent. Discover the Panjakent, and see the Humri Bridge and Juma Mosque. Enjoy a lunch of local dishes like Qurtob and Plov at a local house or restaurant.

After lunch, head to the Seven Lakes. Hike from the village Rishnayi Poyon to the fourth, then check in to a local guesthouse for the night. Share a dinner at a local house and spend the night under the stars in the mountains.

Day 2: Seven Lakes – Border Point – Samarkand

After breakfast, continue your journey to the Seven Lakes, stopping at each one for photos. Take a guided hike along the lakes, covering 2-3 kilometers, and admire the unique beauty of each one. Enjoy a picnic at the last lake before heading back to the border.

Change drivers and make the 4-hour drive back to Samarkand, where your adventure concludes.
