From Djerba/Zarzis Day To Ksar Ghilane｜Tunisia

We will leave Djerba in 4X4, early in the morning to enjoy the day.

We will take the Roman road, which connects the continent to the island of Djerba, this road is also used to bring fresh water to the island by pipeline.

Medenine, is a crossroads city and one of the last cities before Ben Gardane and Libya. Next to the new town, there is the old Ksar, it is one of all these Berber ksours that we will visit during the day.

Then road to the desert, and the oasis of Ksar Ghilane.

We will pass by a road which winds between the hills, slowly, the landscape will become more and more arid and rocky, the sand of the desert will be expected until the entrance to Ksar Ghilane.

We will have lunch in a restaurant at the foot of the dunes.

You will have free time in the oasis of Ksar Ghilane, with the possibility of bathing in the hot spring, it is said to have thermal properties.

In addition: A camel ride, or a quad ride to the Roman fort of Tisavar.
