Day 1: Porolissum & Silvania Wines

Begin your journey at Porolissum, one of Romania’s best-preserved Roman sites. Walk among the ruins of temples, gates, and the amphitheater while your guide shares stories of Roman soldiers, frontier life, and local culture. After exploring the ancient city, enjoy lunch at Decumana Restaurant, where Roman-inspired dishes meet fresh local ingredients for a unique culinary experience.

In the afternoon, visit Silvania Winery to taste regional wines, learn about local grape varieties, and discover how centuries of tradition shape today’s production. Small local snacks accompany the tasting, completing your sensory experience in the heart of Transylvania.
