Hike to El Choro - 3-day trekking trip｜Bolivia

DAY 1 .-
Departure from La Paz (3,600 m). The journey takes 1.5 hours to La Cumbre at 4,700 m. From there, we'll make a stop at La Apacheta. After this pass, there will be a spectacular descent of approximately 1 hour by transportation from the grasslands of the high Puna to Chucura (3,650 m). Lunch break. Then we'll start our hike to reach the Challapampa Camp. Then we continue our hike until we reach the Buena Vista Camp at around 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM. Dinner and accommodation at Camp Buena Vista, 2,280 m.
The duration of the hike will be approximately 6 to 7 hours (14 km).

DAY 2.-
After breakfast at 8:00 AM, we'll continue our hike down a scenic trail with a dynamic landscape that begins to change from arid, dry land to a subtropical environment. After a 2-hour hike, you'll cross the Chucura River and the Jucumarini River. The trail continues through several villages such as Super Vista before stopping at Camp Sandillani (1,980 m), where we will spend the night on the second day.
The duration of the hike will be approximately 7 to 8 hours (19 km)

DAY 3.-
We'll have our delicious breakfast at 8:00 a.m. After that, our trek will continue through the Jucumarini River Valley, where the forests are more developed. There will be more vegetation with beautiful, larger canopies adorned with bromeliads, mosses, and orchids. Bird life is more abundant. After another 3-4 hours of hiking, we will finally arrive at the village of Chairo at 12:00 pm, where we will have our last lunch. Then transport from the town of Chairo to the city of La Paz, 3,600 m (approximately 4 hours)
