Admission is free for high school students and younger.
University students and high school students or younger should present their student ID or school identification card.
Residents of Kobe City aged 65 and over can receive half-price admission on the day of their visit upon presentation of proof of age and residency.
Individuals with disabilities are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a disability certificate or similar documentation.
Valid for one person, one time only during the exhibition period.
During busy times, you may have to wait to enter. Please check the museum's official website for details.
Resale for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Changes, refunds, and reissuance are not possible.
■ Admission Reservations, etc.
Until April 28, 2027 (Wed), admission is by reservation priority on weekends and holidays only. From April 29, 2027 (Thu/Holiday) onwards, a complete admission reservation system is in effect (reservations are required for viewing). Admission reservations start from 10:00 on October 1, 2026 (Thu). For details, please check the Kobe Exhibition website at https://www.ktv.jp/event/vangogh/.
On days with a reservation priority system, if you arrive without a reservation, you may have to wait to enter or may not be able to enter at all.
On days with a complete admission reservation system, you cannot enter without a prior reservation.
We recommend that those who have tickets and those who do not need to purchase tickets (high school students and younger, and holders of disability certificates, etc.) also make a reservation.
