You can relax on the beautiful beach of Nagannu, a remote island surrounded by coral reefs, or take photos of the pier, sea, and sky, and enjoy the nature and superb views of Nagannu Island.

Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled by our company on the day of the event due to severe weather, etc. Please be sure to check the 'Today's Operation Status' on the top page of the official Nagannu Island website on the morning of your participation date. It is updated at 8:00 AM. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases. For operation status on the day, please contact us at (098-860-5860) after 8:00 AM.
Notes for participating in the course:
- ● Those who are pregnant or have difficulty walking on their own cannot participate. ● Bringing in food and drinks is prohibited; please purchase them at the restaurant on the island. ● Bringing pets is not allowed as it may have a negative impact on the ecosystem of other animals.
Reminders
Participation age: 5 to 65 years old
Clothing/Belongings: Please bring swimwear, a change of clothes, and a bath towel.
Regarding rental items: Swim ring: 500 JPY Rest cottage: 6,000 JPY/day Snorkel set (mask, fins, snorkel, life jacket): 1,500 JPY/day *Those participating in the snorkeling tour must return the snorkel set after the tour ends. If you wish to rent it for the whole day, you can do so for 1,000 JPY.
Minimum number of participants: 1 person
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
