No tour conductor or bus guide will accompany the trip. On-board announcements are in Japanese only.
You can check one suitcase and one set of skis/snowboard for free. Please ensure skis/snowboards are in a dedicated bag or case.
You cannot board the bus while wearing ski or snowboard boots.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Please refrain from drinking alcohol, smoking, or engaging in any behavior that may disturb other passengers.
For safety reasons, infants cannot sit on a passenger's lap.
Operations may be delayed or cancelled due to road conditions, weather, vehicle maintenance/breakdowns, or accidents. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or compensation for any resulting costs related to transportation, accommodation, or meals.
If there are any issues with your seat or equipment during the ride, please inform the crew immediately. Please note that we cannot address issues reported after you have disembarked.
Please allow at least 90 minutes between your flight arrival and your bus departure, and at least 120 minutes between your bus arrival and your flight departure. We do not verify connection times. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you miss your connection.
