- Once ordered, dates/number of people/ticket types/room types cannot be changed. Please confirm that the number of people and ticket specifications are correct before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
- High-speed rail seats are assigned automatically by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you have a need for consecutive seats, please mention it in the remarks field, but the actual arrangement will be subject to the system's seat assignment.
- If you need to change your train schedule, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Changes are limited to one time only; no changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail booking dates open 29 days before departure. You can place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that high-speed rail seats will be obtained.
- Since high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, tickets can flexibly be booked up to Sunday. If your requested travel date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train schedule once the booking window opens, but this is still subject to the actual seat availability confirmed by our staff.
- Due to different regional and hotel policies, if you have special requests (such as one large bed/two small beds; baby crib, etc.), please submit them when placing your order. We will request them from the hotel, but availability depends on the hotel's occupancy status. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by hotel, and any on-site surcharges will be subject to hotel regulations.
- Choosing a child without a bed only includes insurance and administrative fees. If you need a high-speed rail ticket, you can purchase it when selecting the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be settled on-site.
- Child without a bed: This means the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child without a bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds are allowed (if there are additional occupancy restrictions, please refer to the child definition description for each product). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for the order processing staff to confirm and issue a voucher to indicate that the booking is successful. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
- To book wheelchair-accessible seats on the train, please contact the ticket window at each station or call the high-speed rail customer service hotline (4066-3000). Travel agencies do not provide booking services for wheelchair seats. Thank you for your understanding.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the product's ordering instructions and related agreements. If the purchaser is not the passenger, the purchaser acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary. Once agreed, the ordering instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the passenger, and we will not accept defenses based on the passenger's lack of knowledge or understanding.
In response to the pandemic, hotel breakfast restaurants will open based on the situation. Dining locations and formats will be adjusted flexibly, subject to on-site arrangements.
Those who purchase the "Discount Ticket/Senior Citizen Ticket" must bring valid identification to enter and exit the station on the day of departure for verification by the High Speed Rail staff. If you do not have your identification or there is any discrepancy during the High Speed Rail inspection, the High Speed Rail has the right to refuse your boarding and you will need to purchase another High Speed Rail ticket to board. The original High Speed Rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations for any combination (e.g., for a trip with Taipei as the arrival station, Nangang and Banqiao stations cannot be used as the departure station).
The price includes one round-trip adult ticket for the standard car of the high-speed rail; the travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in or tour departure date. A single order is limited to departure and arrival at the same stations and must be for the same train schedule. If you need to delay your return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer service. This package includes round-trip tickets and cannot be refunded for a single leg.
The high-speed rail tickets in this package are discounted tickets, valid only for the designated date and train. They are non-transferable. Please keep them safe as they will not be reissued if lost. Any tickets that are altered, defaced, or photocopied will be considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's policies. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the promotional price is based on a limited number of room types; actual available room types depend on sales status and cannot be changed to other room types.
For pre-orders departing after 29 days, please fill in 2-3 preferred high-speed rail train schedules for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual confirmed train schedule will be subject to the response from our customer service staff.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station; they cannot board/alight at different stations.
- High Speed Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement.
- The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted tickets and are only valid for designated trains on the same day.

- Important Notes Regarding High-Speed Rail Cancellation During Holidays -
- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds may be made for any single leg of the journey.
- All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday; ticket windows at all high-speed rail stations cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time, and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must all apply for refunds or exchanges together. Individual refunds or exchanges cannot be processed, and all refund, exchange, and ticket change fees will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- High-speed rail holiday cancellation policy -
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If you have already purchased a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets are counted as 2 tickets).
- Free cancellation for orders placed more than eight days before departure (excluding the departure date). For orders placed seven to four days before departure (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- On the departure date, if you are notified to change or cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- (For example: If you are departing on December 8th, you can change or cancel your order before November 30th for free; if you change or cancel your order between December 1st and 4th, a 30% handling fee will be charged; if you change or cancel your order between December 5th and 7th, a 70% handling fee will be charged.)
