Q. What is the ticket collection process?
A. No ticket collection is required. After the purchase is completed, the electronic voucher will be automatically emailed to the purchaser's mailbox and recorded in the order management of the purchaser's KKday account. Please present the electronic voucher and the ID of each ticket holder/passenger for verification when boarding and redeeming tickets.
Q. If multiple people sign up together, can we be arranged on the same bus?
A. If fellow travelers place an order together, we will assist in arranging for them to depart on the same bus in principle.
If you need to place separate orders, please note the 'fellow traveler's order number' in the order message after placing the order, and we will try our best to assist in arranging the same bus.
However, actual arrangements still need to be adjusted based on the vehicle and number of people on the day. If the number of fellow travelers exceeds the capacity of a single vehicle, it may be necessary to split into different vehicles. We appreciate your understanding.

Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 10–15 minutes early. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
In the event of natural disasters or force majeure, the organizer will decide whether to cancel the event based on government announcements and will announce the information on relevant social media platforms and the official website as soon as possible.

If any items included in the package are not used, they will be deemed as voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
There are often traffic controls during local festivals. If we are unable to enter due to traffic controls, the driver will make appropriate route arrangements on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
The travel times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. Due to road conditions or heavy holiday traffic, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted as necessary.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. No refunds will be given if passengers leave the group on their own or fail to show up for personal reasons.
For the shared shuttle service, pets are not allowed (including those in carriers, strollers, or cages) due to considerations for other passengers, allergies, vehicle regulations, and safety. Please confirm the relevant rules before booking. If you bring a pet on the day of assembly, the organizer and the platform reserve the right to refuse boarding, and no refunds will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
