• Morning Tour (08:30 AM – 12:30 PM)____Pick-up: 8:15 – 8:30 AM (confirmed before departure)
• Afternoon Tour (02:00 PM – 06:00 PM)____Pick-up: 14:15 – 14:30 (confirmed before departure)
• Duration: 04 hours
• Free hotel pickup in central Sapa area
• Child Rate: Under 1m: Free of charge. From 1m to 1m3: Charged as child price. Over 1m3: Charged as adult price.
• Weather & Refund Policy: Cable car operations are subject to daily weather conditions. In the event of service suspension due to severe weather, guests will be an option to reschedule.

• Passenger list, including: Full name (surname / first name / middle name), date of birth, nationality, passport number, and gender — for travel permit and insurance procedures.
• Hotel information: Hotel name, hotel address, and contact phone number (preferably with WhatsApp/Viber/Line...) for pick-up coordination.
