◎ Bookings must be made at least 3 working days before the departure date; last-minute bookings cannot be accepted.
◎ The minimum group size is 2 people; if the minimum is not met, you will be notified via email 1 day before departure to cancel the trip.
◎ To arrange local travel agency liability insurance (coverage and claims standards are subject to local Vietnamese insurance regulations), please ensure you fill in the information for every traveler accurately. To ensure your travel rights, it is strongly recommended that travelers from Taiwan purchase their own 'Overseas Travel Insurance' and 'Overseas Emergency Medical Insurance' before departure for the most immediate and comprehensive protection.
◎ If you have any special requirements (dietary/stroller/wheelchair, etc.), please inform us in the remarks column when booking.
◎ You must provide the representative's name, a local Vietnamese phone number (if available), email address, and messaging app account.
◎ Once the tour is confirmed, no cancellations, changes, or refund requests will be accepted due to personal reasons. If a cancellation is necessary due to special circumstances, our company will assist in confirming which items are refundable; however, any costs already incurred or non-refundable expenses must be borne by the traveler.
◎ If some attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service, and we will process partial refunds based on the actual situation.

Reminders
◎ Please ensure you arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes early. To avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary, we will not wait for late arrivals.
◎ When visiting temples or pagodas, it is recommended to wear pants or skirts that cover the knees to avoid overly revealing clothing.
◎ When taking a boat during the tour, please wear a life jacket at all times and follow the instructions of the staff.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
