- When booking, please enter the names of all participants in English as they appear on their passports.
After your booking request is received, we will check the real-time tee time availability at the golf course to finalize your reservation. The process will be as follows:
※ Confirmation of availability will be provided within 3 business days.

👉 The final booking with the golf course will be processed. Please note that cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy thereafter. (Please refer to this when booking.)
🔵 If your selected tee time is unavailable
👉 We will contact you via email, text message, or notification to suggest alternative available tee times.
👉 If you wish to proceed with an alternative tee time, please confirm within 10 minutes. (As this is a real-time booking system, we may not be able to secure the slot if you reply after 10 minutes.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final booking will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be cancelled without any fees.)

● The minimum number of players is 2. On weekends and public holidays, the minimum is 3 players; bookings for 2 or fewer players will not be accepted.
● Please enter the names of all participants in English as they appear on their passports when booking.
● Tee time confirmation and customer support after booking will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
● As the suggested tee times are based on real-time availability, you must confirm your choice within 10 minutes to finalize the booking.
● Please check in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Please present the passports of all participants upon check-in at the golf course.
● Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
● For 2-player rounds, you may be joined by other players; we cannot guarantee a private 2-player round.
● The golf course layout/course used may change on the day depending on local conditions.
● Due to golf course operating policies or local conditions, your booked tee time may be changed, advanced, or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to such changes are not permitted.
● If you are unable to complete your round due to personal reasons, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday to Friday 09:00~18:00 / Closed on weekends and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for the application of cancellation fees.
We act as a booking intermediary for golf services; responsibility for the golf service itself lies with the provider.
[Rain and Force Majeure Policy]
Golf courses generally remain open for play even in the rain.
In most cases, play continues after waiting out brief squalls. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not available.
Please follow the specific operating policies of the golf course upon arrival (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).
