📅 Standard Tour Itinerary (Departure time can be adjusted)
※ The standard schedule is based on [AM 08:00 ~ PM 14:00], but you are free to change the departure time to your preference.
※ Meeting at designated location: Meet your driver at the lobby of your hotel in Pattaya.
※ Travel and Arrival: Arrive at Khao Kheow Open Zoo.
※ Self-Guided Zoo Tour (3 hours guaranteed): Regardless of travel time, you are guaranteed 3 hours of sightseeing upon arrival at the zoo. (Includes waiting time for the golf cart)
※ Unless otherwise requested, you will generally visit the [Pink Zone] first, where vehicle access is permitted, followed by the [Green Zone]. The order may be adjusted flexibly based on the situation on the day.
※ Tour Conclusion and Drop-off: After the tour, you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
(Even if you take the afternoon tour, you can safely return to your hotel before 18:00. If you have other plans after 18:00 on the day, please inform us in advance when booking.)
🛒 On-site Private Golf Cart Rental Information (Based on 2 hours)
Required items: You must submit a physical ID card or physical passport as a deposit when renting a cart. (Copies or photos are strictly prohibited / Both national ID cards and South Korean driver's licenses are accepted)
Rental Fees (Payable in THB on-site):
- 4-seater cart: 500 THB per 2 hours (※ An additional fee of 200 THB per hour applies if exceeded)
- 6-seater cart: 700 THB per 2 hours (※ An additional fee of 300 THB per hour applies if exceeded)
- Common mandatory requirement: A separate cart insurance fee of 50 THB will be charged.
🚗 Vehicle Assignment by Group Size and Change/Extra Time Policy
Standard vehicle assignment by group size: Sedan (2-3 people) / SUV (4 people) / VAN (5-9 people).
Luggage policy: Luggage is based on 1 standard-sized suitcase per person. (※ Car seats are not provided.)

Free drop-off areas: After the tour, we provide free drop-off to one location of your choice among Bangkok city, Pattaya city, or Suvarnabhumi Airport. (Note: An additional fee of 500 THB per vehicle will be charged on-site for drop-offs at Don Mueang Airport or nearby hotels.)

💁 Guide to Driver Gratuity
In line with general tourism culture in Thailand, it is customary to provide a small gratuity to your private driver after the tour as a token of appreciation for their service.
While not mandatory, if you are satisfied with your tour, we recommend tipping approximately 100-200 THB per travel group.

- Accurate headcount required: Please provide an accurate headcount, as discrepancies between actual and registered numbers of adults, children, and infants may result in insufficient vehicle seating or serious difficulties during the tour.
- Tour without a guide: This tour includes a driver who will transport you, but you will explore each attraction on your own after the driver drops you off at the entrance. The driver can only communicate in basic English, and assistance with taking photos depends on the driver's personality. (No additional cost is incurred if the driver accompanies you in the Pink Zone.)
- Tour proceeds in rain: The tour will proceed as scheduled even if it rains. Tour fees will not be refunded for cancellations made on the day due to simple rainy weather.
- No on-site itinerary changes: If you change the itinerary on-site with the driver without prior request, the tour may not proceed smoothly due to communication issues, and we cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this.
